Massaponax Medical Park is proud to announce completion of Phase 1 a fully leased 42,000 sq. ft., two-story medical office building. The occupants include Cardiology Associates of Fredericksburg, Orthopedic Speciality Clinic, Orthopedic Sports and Physical Therapy Associates, and Medical Labs of Virginia-Medicorp. Now accepting applicants for Phase 2 medical office building.

The project is the first phase of a four phase development on the 14 acre campus. Additional phases will be developed based on market demand.

Massaponax Medical Park is adjacent to HCA’s Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center planned opening 2009. Importantly, Massaponax Medical Park will not have onerous restrictive use covenants for private clinical groups.

Massaponax Medical Park will offer a variety of occupancy options to prospective tenants – direct ownership, joint venture ownership or long term lease arrangements.
